ENTOPRO is an insect protein for aquaculture/ animal feed that has the potential to sustainably deliver the protein requirements of the future by overcoming challenges relating to nutrition, environment, and consumer preference. insects provide a good source of proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals and are also energetically dense. ‘ENTOPRO’ can help to transform low-nutritive waste products into a high-protein diet, making them a promising source of alternative protein for replacement in animal feeds. Moreover, it has been designed to overcome major constraint of prohibitive costs of feed and are also comparable or even superior to traditional sources of protein like fish meal or soybean.
